For more than 30 years Lees Walker Precision Cutters has been supplying machine knives and ancillary items to a wide range of industries both here in the United Kingdom and abroad. Those industries include paper, tube manufacturing, corrugated, food manufacturing and processing, automotive, rubber, plastic, packaging, textile and printing.

Our range of knives has increased dramatically over the years to now cover all types of circular knives ranging from crush cutters, dished knives, tube cutters, top & bottom cutters through to the larger diameter blades such as log saws (up to and including 1000mm in diameter) as well as a full range of circular knives for the textile industry. We also supply split circular blades as well as multi blocks (multi edged bottom knives) and circular perforating wheels.

To compliment our circular range of knives we offer a wide variety of straight blades including toothform knives, paper guillotine blades, shear slitters, granulator blades, band saws and folder blades.

Included in our ancillary range are items that are used in conjunction with the knives we offer, for example:-  knife holders (both pneumatic and manual), borazon and grit grinding wheels, embossing wheels and also a wide range of industrial blades, hand knives and industrial razor blades.  These come in a variety of materials ranging from carbon steel through to solid ceramic with various coatings available such as titanium nitride and non-stick coatings to suit the customer’s requirements and specific applications.

We offer our knives in a wide range of material designed to suit customer requirements.  These material range from CV1.1.2235 Chrome Vanadium, CV1.2379 High Carbon/High Chrome through to the High Speed Steel range including M2 and M35 culmination in Tungsten Carbide and the latest 21st century material such as High Performance CPM 10V (9.75% Vanadium) and ASP Powder metallurgical compound for outstanding wearability.
